Ensure the safety of your business by assigning corrective actions to incidents and observations.

Whenever you or one of your staff members fills out a form observing an issue or incident, they can also assign an individual to that new task with a corrective action. The individual will receive a notification that they have been assigned to the job, with details on what needs done. You can also use these actions to add to someone’s training record - i.e. if there’s an accident, assign a corrective action in the form of follow-up training.

At any point, log in to the admin console to gain a top-down view of all corrective actions current and historic, who was assigned, and whether or not it was completed.
