It’s time to start automating food safety. Escalations can help.

Not sure if your team has filled out the forms they need to look at each day? Don’t worry - just create an escalation as a part of the form. If it wasn’t completed by a certain time, ComplyFood will send an automatic email, SMS or push notification with a reminder that it needs to be done. Attach messages to your escalations to help explain what action wasn’t taken, and include forms and resources so that the task can be completed properly.

To help ensure that an incomplete task gets the attention it deserves, you can also establish a repeating schedule so that the message goes out more than once. So, if it’s incredibly busy and your team misses the first notice, they’ll get the next one.
